All items are shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail (unless other wise is stated). Items will come with a Delivery Confirmation number. With this number you will be able to check on your package in route. It will also show if the package has been delivered. If you have more than 1 package each will come with its own Delivery Confirmation number.
Insurance is optional on the buyers end and is recommended. If you choose not to purchase this option Party Wonderland is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours to cancel an order, unless the items have already been packaged and postage has been paid for shipping (or is shipped). To cancel an order please email or call Party Wonderland immediately.
Expected Delivery Dates
All custom orders may take any where from 1-3 weeks to be processed and shipped (does not include shipping times). It is up to the buyer to specify what date the Items are needed for. I ship items every day except Sundays and all Major Holidays. If you event date is a while a way please specify if you would like your items, sooner than later.
Supplies, boutique items and premaid Items will be process and shipped within 1-3 days.
