Do I need a paypal account to order?
You do not need a paypal account to "check out" but you do need to use it to complete your transaction. Paypal offers guest checkout where you will be able to use your credit card or debt card securely without the hassle of making an account.
I also can send you invoices via paypal. where you will still be able to sign in or use the guest check out option.
For local orders, I do "cash on delivery" where you will be given a receipt for proof of purchase.

When Will I get my order?
As stated in the policies, if i am not given an event date; all custom items will take between 1-3 weeks to be processed and completed. This does NOT include shipping times. When you are adding items to your cart you may leave a note with your event date so I know it has to be there before your event. IN the case you forget, i will email you as a reminder :)

How long is shipping?
Light items are shipped via usps, first class mail, 2- 5 days delivery time
heavier items are shipped via usps, priority mail, 2- 3 day delivery time

How can I track my package?
You can find your tracking number in your paypal transactions. I find it easiest to look up the transaction by the date you paid (payments sent tab). It will show up as payments sent to party wonderland. If you click details, you will find the tracking number on that page and will be able to track directly through paypal.
You may also find it in your email. When I print the label, paypal automatically sends you an email with the tracking information.
Tracking numbers usually get updated in the night time or sometime the following day.

My item came damaged (or my item is lost/stolen), will you refund me ?
As stated in the policies I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items that are not due to packaging defect. Insurance on your package is OPTIONAL on the buyers end. Please message us though! We would like to help you in anyway possible!
How can I purchase Insurance for my package?
If you wish to purchase insurance please contact me via email or by using the contact form after you place your order and I will invoice you the insurance cost.
